Baked Chicken Breasts in Yogurt Marinade


Ingredients:

• 2 chicken breasts (~1.1 lbs)

• 5.3 oz (150 g) plain unsweetened yogurt

• 2 cloves garlic, minced

• 1 tsp spices (e.g., paprika, oregano, turmeric)

• 1/2 tsp salt

• 1/4 tsp black pepper

• 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

• Prepare the Marinade:
In a bowl, mix the plain yogurt, minced garlic, spices (such as paprika, oregano, or turmeric), salt, and black pepper. Add olive oil and stir until the mixture is smooth.

• Marinate the Chicken:
Coat the chicken breasts evenly with the yogurt marinade, ensuring all sides are well covered.

• Let It Marinate:
Let the chicken breasts marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes, or preferably 1–2 hours, to deepen the flavor.

• Bake:
Preheat the oven to 356°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the marinated chicken breasts on it. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until fully cooked (the internal temperature should reach 167°F or 75°C).

• Serve:
Your baked chicken breasts are ready! Serve with fresh vegetables or your favorite side dish.
