Broccoli and Red Fish Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
• 10.5 oz broccoli (about 300 g)
• 10.5 oz red fish (trout or salmon), chopped (about 300 g)
• 4 eggs
• 3.4 fl oz milk (about 100 ml)
• 2.8 oz mozzarella cheese (about 80 g)
• Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
• Parboil the Broccoli: Bring a pot of water to a vigorous boil. Add the broccoli florets and simmer for 3–4 minutes until they’re just tender. Drain thoroughly, let them cool briefly, and place them in a baking dish
• Prepare the fish: Cut the red fish into small pieces and arrange them on top of the broccoli.
• Make the egg mixture: In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper. Pour this mixture over the broccoli and fish.
• Add the cheese: Arrange the mozzarella on top.
• Bake: Preheat your oven to 356°F (180°C). Place the casserole in the oven and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the surface turns a rich golden color.
